I started sewing on a vintage singer sewing machine at the age of 5 making myself shoes and I have been passionate about textiles and all things handmade ever since.

Boochic is a true cottage industry with gifts being produced by hand direct from my dining room table! I create a wide range of handcrafted fabric treasures including appliqued cushions, frog doorstops & bookends, children’s tote bags & aprons, bookcovers & padded glasses cases. I make and design new items each week so the range is ever expanding & changing. I am a real perfectionist so the quality, finish, durability & attention to detail of my products ensure they are of the very highest standard which sets them apart from anything bought on the high street.

My latest venture is lovingly turning children’s drawings into appliqued wall hangings, framed pictures or stretched over box canvases which makes a totally unique gift to cherish I can also use pieces of fabric from their once loved outgrown clothes to make the finished picture truly special .
